I’ve been a customer for many years. Initially, I chose this service for its comprehensive banking and accounting solutions tailored to freelancers. It worked well for a long time, but over the years, they have repeatedly altered their policies and pricing. Recently, they stopped supporting many countries they previously served, stripping features without closing accounts, reducing server speed, and failing to fix bugs. Prices remain unchanged while features and supported markets dwindle. Worse, their current practices jeopardize compliance with EU accounting regulations, risking the required continuity for financial records. In summary, this service has become unreliable with frequent policy shifts, lack of transparency, and neglect of long-time customers. I wouldn’t recommend it as they treat customers poorly and change direction based on internal strategies. A banking license comes with responsibility, which they no longer uphold.
