I’ve been a customer for many years. Initially, I chose this service for its comprehensive banking and accounting solutions tailored to freelancers. It worked well for a long time, but over the years, they have repeatedly altered their policies and pricing. Recently, they stopped supporting many countries they previously served, stripping features without closing accounts, reducing server speed, and failing to fix bugs. Prices remain unchanged while features and supported markets dwindle. Worse, their current practices jeopardize compliance with EU accounting regulations, risking the required continuity for financial records. In summary, this service has become unreliable with frequent policy shifts, lack of transparency, and neglect of long-time customers. I wouldn’t recommend it as they treat customers poorly and change direction based on internal strategies. A banking license comes with responsibility, which they no longer uphold.
The customer service is horrendous. I waited over a week for a new company registration, sending countless messages to their AI chat without any human follow-up. Then, my login stopped working with no email to inform me. I won’t recommend this unresponsive business to anyone. After regaining access, they requested a certificate to prove my residency, which feels absurd given I’ve already provided all necessary documents. I have decided to close my account due to my frustrations.
The only positive aspect of this bank is its low monthly fees (likely because the services are also minimal!). Be cautious when using their card for payments, as they will not support you in disputes over unauthorized withdrawals. I remain with them since I haven't found a cheaper alternative.
I cannot recommend this service. They introduce new issues with their security features every few months. In the name of security, they compromise both user safety and privacy. Despite using secure smartphones, they block certain devices, forcing us to install unnecessary apps and log in with accounts we do not have. This goes against the principles of security our company values. It's becoming increasingly difficult for security-conscious customers. I’m considering alternatives that truly understand modern security needs.
