Placed my first order recently. It was supposed to ship within 2.5-3.5 weeks, but it’s been longer than that and I’ve had no word. I emailed them to check in, and their reply was condescending and unhelpful. They said their clothing ships in ABOUT 2.5-3.5 weeks—they underlined and italicized the word “about”—and didn’t provide any update on progress/when I can expect to have it. It’s just a little ~$80 vest, and their response (coupled with all the terrible reviews I’ve found recently here and elsewhere) makes me not even want the garment. I thought I’d support small business instead of buying something similar for a quarter of the price elsewhere, because shopping small is important, but after reading so many terrible reviews and receiving their unhelpful reply to my inquiry, I regret buying from them and am wondering if I’ll ever even receive it. If it’s much longer, I’ll try to cancel and pursue a charge-back with my card if need be.
