It's unfortunate because I found the product to be excellent, but the customer service from this company is poor. I had a subscription for several months and received my orders without issues until this month. I selected items for my bundle due for dispatch on December 1st, but received an email stating some items were out of stock. There were no instructions to update my selection or skip the order. I logged in and saw the same out-of-stock message, even after I updated my selection to items that were available. They seem to ignore updates and prioritize new orders. I tried reaching out but got no reply. I've now canceled my subscription entirely. This seems to be a common problem with this company.
