I ordered from the seller on 17/11/2025 and still haven't received anything. Over three weeks have passed with no updates, tracking, or communication. I tried emailing them but only received an automated reply directing me to social media. After multiple attempts there, I got no response. It seems there is no customer support at all. This experience feels extremely unprofessional and misleading. Until my order is either delivered or refunded, I recommend being cautious before placing an order. I'll update this review if they come through.
