i bought yeti hoodie like 2 months ago. it is disappointing that so many reviews here is fake. i got the hoodie just 2-3 days later. the quality is top level, i had booked the wrong size by mistake and they gave a reply 2am at night, they did not charge anything extra, and the embroidery, design is just top class. every where i go wearing the hoodie on, i get all the attention.
This is hands down one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. Zero response, zero accountability, zero professionalism. Once the payment is done, they vanish like cowards. Honestly, it was my stupidity to buy a shitty product from a shitty company run by an even shittier management. There is absolutely no customer support, no respect for customers, and no intention of resolving issues. If ignoring customers was a business model, these guys would be market leaders.
Save yourself the frustration, stress, and regret. Don’t make the same mistake I did. This company does not deserve your money or your time.
I ordered on 17/11/2025 and still haven't received anything. Over three weeks have passed without any updates, tracking, or communication. I tried to reach out via email but only got an automated reply suggesting I message on social media. After several attempts, I received no response. It feels very unprofessional and misleading. Until my order is either delivered or refunded, I strongly recommend reconsidering before making a purchase. I'll update my review if they manage to resolve this.
I ordered a hoodie along with pants. The quality of the fabric and design is genuinely impressive. The zipper on the hoodie is a bit clunky, but it's not a major issue. However, the company falls short in customer service and delivery communications. I ordered another product recently but haven’t received any updates on its arrival. If you can tolerate some waiting time and the risk of a defective item, it’s still a worthwhile brand. While it’s a bit pricey, the quality justifies the cost.
I placed an order on 1st December and it's been over six days with no updates from the seller. I had to follow up several times via email and social media, and finally received a reply stating my order is 'pre-ordered' and will be delivered after the 22nd. This is baffling; how can a hoodie take this long? This pre-order status was never mentioned on the website. Customers should be informed of such details before ordering. The struggle to get any response is frustrating. This brand's treatment of customers is disappointing and unprofessional. If this is how a startup operates, they shouldn't be in business.
