I placed an order on 1st December and it's been over six days with no updates from the seller. I had to follow up several times via email and social media, and finally received a reply stating my order is 'pre-ordered' and will be delivered after the 22nd. This is baffling; how can a hoodie take this long? This pre-order status was never mentioned on the website. Customers should be informed of such details before ordering. The struggle to get any response is frustrating. This brand's treatment of customers is disappointing and unprofessional. If this is how a startup operates, they shouldn't be in business.
