I had a large panel heater that worked for only 10 months before breaking. Thankfully, it was still under warranty. They insisted I only returned the feet, despite photographic evidence. Fortunately, I bought it from a reputable seller who issued a full refund. I've read other reviews about return issues, and I won't risk buying from this company again, knowing how poorly they handle refunds. The two stars are for the short time it functioned.
