I replaced my old camera system with new solar cameras. Unfortunately, what I expected to be a fantastic upgrade has revealed some issues: the WiFi connection is unreliable, the notification area isn’t fully customizable, and cloud recordings can't capture footage before motion is detected. Overall, the system works, but I wish there were more personal settings available.
Impressive customer service. My doorbell unexpectedly stopped working after a couple of years. I contacted customer support, returned the doorbell, and they quickly determined it was defective and sent me a new one. I'm very pleased with how they managed the situation.
I had a large panel heater that worked for only 10 months before breaking. Thankfully, it was still under warranty. They insisted I only returned the feet, despite photographic evidence. Fortunately, I bought it from a reputable seller who issued a full refund. I've read other reviews about return issues, and I won't risk buying from this company again, knowing how poorly they handle refunds. The two stars are for the short time it functioned.
I purchased two power strips, but both were defective. After three replacements, which were also faulty, I received the same defective strips back, identifiable by marks I made. After two months of extensive email communication with photo and video evidence, there is still no resolution. The service has been lacking, and the product quality is unacceptable.
