I bought an infrared heater, but the mounting template, instructions, and screws were missing. They outright refused to send the missing parts, claiming it was too costly and troublesome. It’s just a bit of paper, screws, and plugs. I would have settled for just the template. What kind of company doesn't send missing parts? Now I can't wall mount it. I advise against buying from them; if there are issues, you’re on your own! Their responses have been useless, and I need the proper mounting items. Avoid this company!
