I placed an order and tried to cancel within 24 hours, which is well within their cancellation policy. Despite this, my refund request went unanswered. There’s no effective way to reach customer service—only a malfunctioning chatbot and an email that seems unmonitored. I've sent numerous messages with no replies. This service is unresponsive, unreliable, and ignores its own policies. I will be filing a chargeback and reporting them to consumer protection. I demand a full refund immediately. Avoid this service to prevent frustration!
