I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. I purchased two telescopic wall hangers, but they were not as advertised. I sent several emails and messages through their platform but received no response whatsoever. I'm very upset and would not recommend this service.
Stay away from this service! They lack credibility and do not honor their commitments regarding returns or refunds. I reached out multiple times about a defective pendant and waited patiently for a response. Their last email asked if I preferred a replacement or a refund, and I clearly requested a return and refund for the uneven pendant. That was four days ago, and I still haven't heard back. They are clearly ignoring my concerns. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering from them unless you are prepared to deal with faulty products and no support.
I ordered two glass ceiling pendants, which arrived promptly, were easy to install, and look fantastic. A year later, when one glass shade was damaged, their customer service was outstanding! They responded quickly and replaced the damaged part. I will definitely order from them again in the future!
