I received the wrong item. I was informed a replacement would be sent, but it took eight days to dispatch, even though I emphasized the urgency due to ongoing bathroom renovations. The replacement item was still incorrect. I've contacted the service multiple times with photographic proof of the two incorrect items, but have received no response (there's no phone number, only email). I will now reach out to my credit card company. I strongly advise against ordering from this service. In response to their previous message, they emailed me on April 17th stating they would send the correct item. I've emailed twice since for updates and received no reply. They are aware I have two incorrect items, as I provided photos. Please address this issue and consider sending the correct item along with a refund.
