we purchased 6 different types of light fixtures...Order #HY96432 issues:1 - got 2 sets of sconces for our living room. when the electrician installed them, he told us that he's never seen the types of bulb sockets that these fixtures have and that we may have trouble finding the lights for them. Looking at the website, I purchased the size lights that were recommended in the product description. they didn't fit. I purchased two other types of lights and neither fit. I have now been going back and forth with customer service who have not been helpful and who take days to get back to me, only to state what's on the website (and not always correctly). I now bought two expensive light fixtures and paid a lot of money to have them installed and functional and I have no light in my living room... not sure what to do next...2 - I purchased three hanging glass fixtures for my kitchen. unfortunately, painters put on an extra coat of paint after the fixtures got installed and a few drops of paint fell on them. generally with glass, paint comes off just by using your nails. this was the case here as well, except the color of the fixture came off as well (with my nail!!!). so the glass on the fixture is actually clear and the super thin orange coating that makes it look orange will come off if you lightly scrape it with your nail... I inquired with the website and was told that they would sell me just the glass for these three fixtures for about 3/4 of the price of the original purchase. does not feel right and had I known that the colour is lightly sprayed on and not actual colour of the glass, I would have never purchased them.
