Four floods in three years.Without the help and support of our Assessor, Andy Burrows, our home would not be the warm, dry and comfortable as it is. Andy took great care to support us from a mental health welfare point of view along with listening to our concerns and acting on surveyor recommendations. This over the full four years it took to strip out the damage, dry the house and reinstate through the “Build back better” scheme which we were lucky enough to be on the pilot programme.
