Claimed previously for structural collapse when wall of flat split. Then subsidence spread to passageway and brick sixedboieces of concrete were falling from overhead. No assistance to be housed while they fitted a canopy. Now my freeholders went bankrupt and I have therefore lost my title. As I see it my private residence was insured which I have now lost as my lease has become invalid. If there is a criminal I juries type lawyer looking at this then a class action against Halifax Insurance would probably be taken up by most on these reviews. I have emailed Nigel Farage to change the Law to provide PARITY for litigants. If Halifax Insurance have £1m to spend on legal fees and you have £1000 that money is added together and split between you for legal fees. This is lawfully precedent - the Lady above the Old Bailey holds scales showing that there should be parity under the law. It also does away with the legal aid system so the government actually save money! Please email Nigel to get justice for yourself.
