I have been encountering serious issues with my account. For several days, I have sought clarification and a resolution regarding: – an incorrectly processed transfer-out that caused one of my positions to temporarily disappear, – a new transfer-out request that is still blocked without a clear explanation. Despite numerous inquiries for updates, the responses I have received have been vague and have not resulted in any substantial progress. This situation is negatively affecting my ability to manage my investments effectively. I truly hope the company takes this feedback to heart and provides better transparency and prompt action to address the ongoing issues.
