Whenever I try to add a new pet, it claims that enrollment is complete, but the pet still appears on my dashboard with a prompt to "complete enrollment," which forces me to contact customer support. This process is tedious and avoidable. I've brought this up to multiple support representatives, but none have provided a solution. Aside from this problem, the service is satisfactory.
