Review Time
My dog has been missing 3yrs and in September last year was scanned at a veterinary clinic the microchip said she was missing and the lady who has her told the veterinarian she hasn't taken my dog to the veterinarian all that time in case she was chipped still the veterinarian gave my dog back to the lady who has her and police or vet can't give me no information and I can't get my dog back so although your dog is microchiped no one cares so basically it's all for nothing
Update. The site needs to be fixed. I am completely unable to manually renew my pets' premium accounts. I have tried other browsers and devices. Calling does not help, all they send me in email is 'we have set your pet to auto renew' then it gets canceled the next day. After 3 emails and calling 3 times, I learned they have no tech or billing support. So I can't renew my pets' because no one will fix the bugs on the site that prevent me from checking out. Their system is rejecting the validation of all my payment methods before the validation even reaches the bank. So it keeps canceling the auto renew. They are absolute trash.
The website is quite easy to navigate, yet it has significant glitches. Whenever I try to add a new pet, it claims that enrollment is complete, but the pet still appears on my dashboard with a prompt to "complete enrollment," which forces me to contact customer support. This process is tedious and avoidable. I've brought this up to multiple support representatives, but none have provided a solution. Aside from this problem, the service is satisfactory.
This company appears to be narrow-minded; the contact number on the tag is an 888 number, which is unreachable from outside the country. Even when providing pet details and requesting phone numbers, there’s no option for country codes. Does this company really think that traveling with pets internationally is not a concern?
This company seems to lack awareness, as the contact number on the tag is an 888 number that is impossible to call from outside the country. Even when filling out pet details and providing phone numbers, it doesn't allow for country codes. Does this company really think that pets traveling internationally is not a concern?
I ordered a medium-sized blue pet tag in August 2024. The tag has the company's name and their 800 number on one side, and the pet's microchip number and name on the other. Within a year, both the microchip number and the name have completely faded and are unreadable. When I called customer service, they offered to sell me a new one. When I asked to report a quality issue, I was put on an endless loop and couldn't speak to anyone further. The collar tag feels like a scam.
While everything worked well when I was in the U.S., now that I've relocated abroad with my dog, I can't update my information to include an international phone number with a country code or my new city and country. I've reached out to support and hope they can enhance their options for travelers like my dog and me. I look forward to some positive news from them.
