I received the light for my flagpole in the first part of December. I couldn't install after our Christmas lights on the flagpole. The lights were taken down, and we tried the new light, but it was too small for the pole. I sent several emails to the company but received no response. I was told today that I didn't receive an answer to any of my emails. They checked and said they had answered all three. They said it was past the 60 days, so I could not get a refund. I was then told that they would issue a refund, but I would need to pay shipping and a return fee. This is what the company does so that they do not have to do anything.
