I received the light for my flagpole in the first part of December. I couldn't install after our Christmas lights on the flagpole. The lights were taken down, and we tried the new light, but it was too small for the pole. I sent several emails to the company but received no response. I was told today that I didn't receive an answer to any of my emails. They checked and said they had answered all three. They said it was past the 60 days, so I could not get a refund. I was then told that they would issue a refund, but I would need to pay shipping and a return fee. This is what the company does so that they do not have to do anything.

BUYER BEWARE. THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TO WORK WITH. THEY SEND OUT THEIR PRODUCT POORLY PACKAGED. I ORDERED 5 OF THEIR PARKING LOT LIGHTS WITH POLES AND THERE WAS DAMAGE DONE TO SEVERAL OF THE ITEMS. I AM RECENTLY GETTING AROUND TO INSTALLING THESE LIGHTS AND EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED THEM IN NOVEMBER I HAVE ONE THAT HAS A BAD SENSOR AND WHEN YOU TURN IT ON THE UNIT LIGHTS UP FROM THE START AND STAYS ON ALL THE TIME. ITS TRULY A DEFECTIVE RADAR/LIGHT SENSOR.BUT THEY SAID I MIS-HANDLED TO ITEM. I TOLD THEM I JUST NEEDED AN NEW SENSOR BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE PARTS. THESE LIGHTS THEY SELL ARE MADE IN CHINA AND POORLY MADE. THEY RUN THE BUISINESS FROM A HOME IN UTAH. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE EVERYTHING TESTED BEFORE IT LEAVES THE WHAREHOUSE BUT INDEED THEY SENT OUT DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT. WE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TERRIBLE ABOUT COMMUNICATING. THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS A LIE AND THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THIER PRODUCTS. THEY ARE CONFRONTATIONAL AND ALWAYS BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THIER BROKEN EQUIPMENT. WORST COMPANY EVERY.PLEASE DO NOT HELP THEM CONTINUE TO DO THIS TO HONEST HARD WORKING FOLKS. I WOULD HAVE POSTED PICTURES BUT THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT USE GOOGLE REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN BLASTED.

Lights only worked 24 hours

Lights didnt work after 24 hours, sent this message...Hi!First night both lights worked. Second night after clear sky's all day it didn't light up. Also, the sensors require someone to be too close to respond. These aren't going to work for us, please provide RMA... so sorry.They are charging me $50 to return $100 lights, pay return shipping AND if every bag and box isnt returned, I get nothing... FOR DEFECTIVE LIGHTS!Thank you for reaching out to us. The products you received are exactly as described and exactly as shown on our website.If you would like to return the lights, they must be returned the same way as received, which means in 100% perfect state well-covered and protected.It is important to keep in mind that the panels are delicate, and the customers (in this case, you) assumes the responsibility of the return. This co.is the worst ever

This co.is the worst ever. Do not trust them. I bought the 3 + 1 deal for a total of $313.71. Fed-ex dropped them at my door and it had 2 lights in the box. Not 4 like I ordered. I couldn't get anyone on the phone so, I sent e-mails. The bottom line is, they call me a liar saying I received all 4 lights. This company screwed me out of $200.00. BEWARE!! Do not trust them...

The lights do not stay lit all night

The lights do not stay lit all night. I’ve followed the charging instructions and other instructions precisely. I purchased small lights as a trial since I wanted the large (street light) type. I’ll need to keep shopping.

Brutal company

Brutal company, delivered my lighting purchase but with no mounting hardware. Upon calling them they confirmed mounting hardware and basic mounts should have been supplied but claimed that enough time had passed that there was nothing they could do. i escalated on their csr team, they asked me to take pictures of the products received, i sent these and now 2 months have passed without response. ***buyer beware, do not purchase these ***

I order two of they're newer solar…

I order two of they're newer solar lights. THEY came With No Instructions And One Broke screwing them. I contacted them and they said it was my fault and they can't do anything. It's they're fault for not giving no Instructions and the back part is so thin. Bad customer service and it suxs because I had bought from them in the past . They lost a customer and they didn't care. I will report to the BBB. Save your self time and money. Look somewhere else!

I ordered 5 times from this company and gave my friends some 6000 lumens lamps, so far no complaints the lights work great. Definitely recommend them.
