Lights only worked 24 hours

Lights didnt work after 24 hours, sent this message...Hi!First night both lights worked. Second night after clear sky's all day it didn't light up. Also, the sensors require someone to be too close to respond. These aren't going to work for us, please provide RMA... so sorry.They are charging me $50 to return $100 lights, pay return shipping AND if every bag and box isnt returned, I get nothing... FOR DEFECTIVE LIGHTS!Thank you for reaching out to us. The products you received are exactly as described and exactly as shown on our website.If you would like to return the lights, they must be returned the same way as received, which means in 100% perfect state well-covered and protected.It is important to keep in mind that the panels are delicate, and the customers (in this case, you) assumes the responsibility of the return. If the packaging requirements are not met or if the panels are not treated properly during transit and we receive them damaged or broken, we won't be able to process any refund.Lastly, I would like to mention that the return will be subject to and processed according to our terms and conditions, which state:"In case you received the products, didn't like them, and want to return them, you'll need to pay for shipping back the products and we must charge warehousing fees and returning fees on the returned goods, after that, a refund will be issued.The returning fee is $25 USD per item light, and also note that only the items in the original box can be returned and well protected as mentioned above.Keep in mind that it must be returned with its original packaging, all accessories, well-covered, dried and protected as received. Failing to return it the same way as received, we won't be able to issue any partial refund.To initiate a return, please confirm your request and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.
