The most telling thing about this site is that I tried to write a poor review on it and it doesn’t show up. I ordered an item and I received a completely different item. Have not heard from customer service and was told I will need to wait 4-5 business days for a response. I wish I had looked at this site before ordering. I will be disputing the charge on my card if I cannot get a response from them. UPDATE: I received a response to my email over a MONTH after I first contacted them. They ADMITTED they CHANGED THE PRODUCT WITHOUT INFORMING ME (due to customer feedback, which doesn’t make sense as all the reviews are glowing! -Note sarcasm) and then simply offered me 20% off my next order. I replied, insisting on the product that I agreed to buy or receiving a full refund for their breach of contract. I do not expect a response for another month. Avoid this site!
