Very satisfied with my experience at Homebaa. I ordered 3 pendant lights. They arrived in good shape, boxed and well wrapped for protection against wetness. Unfortunately the pendant shades did not quite meet my expectations when I held them in my hand. I contacted Homebaa to share my disappointment and asked for a return with refund.Kelly from Homebaa replied right away. She fully understood my situation and accepted a return with a 50% refund as this was entirely a matter of personal taste and not a defect in the product. She even went further to offer I kept the unwanted lights as a gift to someone who could use them to save me from the hassle of shipping them back while still receiving my refund of 50%. I’m very happy with the promptness, the courtesy, and the understanding of the customer’s needs in the way Kelly and Homebaa handled my request. Do not have any hesitation ordering from Homebaa. You will receive courteous customer care with real products shipped and no fake advertising.
