Had a small issue when ordering my light, the situation was not being taken care of. Thankfully, Kelly from customer service stepped in and was able to handle the situation masterfully and changed my opinion of the entire company! Kelly keep doing what you’re doing, that company should give you a raise for all that you’re doing!

Great Customer Service

Our family ordered a utility sink and cabinet from HomeBaa that was described as being wood and ceramic. When we received the item, it was metal and ceramic. We did not want a metal cabinet, we wanted the wood one that was described on their webpage. After contacting the HomeBaa Customer Service team, there were several e-mail discussions, including a screenshot that showed their description of the cabinet being wood and not metal. Since the item was not what was described on the website HomeBaa worked with us offering some alternatives. None of the alternatives matched what we wanted in the cabinet. The result was that HomeBaa has agreed to refund our purchase price. While it took several back and forth e-mails to resolve the issue, the HomeBaa Customer Service team (Dulce in particular), were very professional in their responses and overall handling of the problem. I feel that if you have an issue with one of their products and contact their customer service team respectfully, you will get great service. My thanks to them for handling this issue so well.
