Love Home Bargains as a store to visit but their online service is absolutely appalling😞I ordered 2 toy items on 27/11/25 paid received email confirmation also received an email saying they were dispatched to Evri from 2/12/25 they have been out for delivery after many emails to Evri I was informed the parcel had gone missing and to contact HB for a refund.Each time I have Emailed HB I get an automated email saying “your parcel’s been dispatched and Evri have it 😡Eventually after 6 Emails trying to get them to understand Evri have lost it HB now tell me they can’t trace my order or confirmation that I paid or ordered for the items because my email doesn’t exist for any order even with me including the order number 🤬🤬🤬🤬What the email we are currently corresponding with that includes all the screenshots of my original order/payment confirmation/dispatched items ??!!!!I now have no items,no refund and no help from Home Bargains because you cannot talk to anyone, lesson learnt I will never order anything again from HB online 😞
