I would urge anyone buying online to be mindful that if there are any issues ( Evri lost my parcel) then there is no call centre and no chat facilities, the only course of contact is via email and I’m nearly 2 weeks in with no replies to about 6 or 7 emails. I’m now in the process of having to go through my bank (cost of parcel was around £150) to recoup my money!
