I will start by saying I LOVE Home Bargains and whenever I visit the store I have a positive experience. Unfortunately my online experience has been worlds apart. I always place a large order around November time each year (Christmas presents / decorations etc.) and for the past 4 years, my order has been sent and either delayed or lost. Whilst some of this could be put down to Evri (Delivery company), it never seems to happen with my other parcels. So I don't know what hope bargains do, maybe they don't parcel them up well and the boxes fall apart .. or maybe someone in my local depot waits for my order every year .. it is anyones guess. Anyway, this has in previous years always been sorted quickly via Home Bargains Customer Service and whilst annoying it has been handled well with the exception of this year. I have now been waiting 7 days for a response from Home Bargains and I have no other way to contact them as there is no call centre. Evri have confirmed my parcel is lost and i'm now out of pocket with no way to reach home bargains and either get replacement order or a refund.
