I want to share an unacceptable and humiliating experience my partner and I had at the store on 31/12/2025 between 13:00 and 13:20. We picked the items we needed and went to the checkout. The cashier scanned everything, and we started bagging the items. While I was waiting for the card payment terminal to activate and had my bank card ready, my partner moved the trolley slightly to avoid blocking other customers. At that moment, the cashier reacted rudely, loudly accusing my partner of not having paid and questioning why they were moving the items. This was said in front of other customers, leaving us feeling extremely embarrassed. I attempted to explain calmly that I was in the process of completing the payment, but instead of listening, the cashier began yelling at us and accusing us of theft. She then called out for someone named “Rachel.” Her behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and entirely unacceptable. Due to this treatment, I emptied the trolley at the checkout and left the store. We value dignity and respect, and we felt neither respected nor safe continuing our purchase. Having been a regular customer for over four years, I will no longer shop here after this incident. I strongly urge that your staff, particularly cashiers, receive training to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism. I hope this matter is investigated.
