An update on non receipt of my full order from Homebase. I am now at least 15 plus emails in, trying to have the plant pots I paid for delivered. As the order was incomplete I stated that if the entire order was not received then I needed someone to collect the plants as they were not required without the plant pots. This query/ complaint has been ongoing for 3 weeks. No one at Homebase appears competent enough to locate the original order or read the confirmation which states more than one delivery for the order. After over 15 emails I received an email today stating the plants are Jon returnable . This despite my being lead by Homebase email to believe arrangements had been made for their return. My total bill with a 10% off voucher came to £53.95. Homebase do not have any plants for snake plants on their website priced at £17.95. The plants I purchased x3 were £12.95 with a 10% discount and these are the only items I received. Yet they are unable to recognise the price discrepancy. Snake plants on the website are £12.95 with free pot £22.50 or £28. Yet they are unable to do simple math. Please avoid buying your plants from this website unless you wish to pay for goods you do not receive. The customer service is abysmal.It is safe to say I will not be purchasing from Homebase and will update all I know to ensure they do not make any purchases also. I note that there has been no response from Homebase pertaining to my original review. Yet they continue to send me satisfaction surveys. Despite my bad reviews to these.
