Awful customer service. Charged twice for an order due to website issue, and contacted customer service to get a refund for one of the charges. I’ve been told I can’t return the order because it’s a made to order product, and in the meantime I’ve only received one order whilst being charged twice. It seems that customer service is AI or can’t understand the issue. I’d like to speak to a human on the phone but there’s no other way to contact them.
