Because there are now no stores I ordered online. Trying to get a return sorted out is horrendous. Once you navigate your way through the customer unfriendly maze to actually request one they confirm with an email which states #type your response above this line# and you cannot, there is no option above that line, so you navigate through the online process again to reply to be told they are shutting down that enquiry as you already have one opened without actually acknowledging your response to their email as you could not respond on that one. 3 times now, 3 different operators. Do they not understand English can they not pick up a phone and help. Customer service erm no, no service whatsoever !!!!!!
