We only signed up for this service because our building management requested it, but it has proven to be completely ineffective. They do not handle the bills properly, leading to constant confusion. Despite the high fees they charge, we still received bills from the suppliers after moving out, which they were supposed to manage. Two months later, our energy supplier contacted us about an unpaid bill that they never took care of. Now, we are receiving automated reminders to settle the bills ourselves. Proceed with caution if you choose to use this service; it's far better to set up a direct debit with the suppliers directly. Very dissatisfied with this experience!
