For some reason this is the only way I can actually get the help I need from this company. My bills were due to have their price updated as it had increased by more than £120. Jenni assured me that this would be the case, however, it has been more than 2 weeks since our initial conversation and nothing has happened. The bills are due to be taken out my account and the price change is yet to be reflected in the direct debit. This needs to be updated urgently.
So dissatisfied with this company my daughter was with them in a university rental in her second year in Newport.She left the house 21st June 2025 and she is now being chased by seven Trent for outstanding water bills! We have all the the proof of payments to your company and there was nothing outstanding when she closed her account with you so why when you’ve received payment off these University students why are you not paying there bills and standing by the contract agreement you set up with them? I’ve also just found out you were taking there money each month and certain months like January 2025 you didn’t pay seven Trent so the girls took it on themselves to pay the bill as worried the water would be disconnected! I will be trying again Monday to contact you but not hopeful of getting any response!
This service truly feels like a complete scam. I have been paying my electricity bill every month, only to discover that they haven't been forwarding any payments to the provider. Now, I owe another provider over a thousand, even though this provider was never listed as an option, despite the national database showing our flat has always been with them. I regret taking the advice of our letting agent and signing up with this service due to all the complications they've created. Contacting their support team is difficult, which isn't surprising given the minimal assistance they offer for your issues. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
This is the most frustrating service I've ever experienced! I've been using it for over a year, yet my internet remains non-functional. The support team only responds with vague promises to get back to me, which feels like it will never happen. To make matters worse, they unexpectedly raised my payment by £22 without any explanation!

We only signed up for this service because our building management requested it, but it has proven to be completely ineffective. They do not handle the bills properly, leading to constant confusion. Despite the high fees they charge, we still received bills from the suppliers after moving out, which they were supposed to manage. Two months later, our energy supplier contacted us about an unpaid bill that they never took care of. Now, we are receiving automated reminders to settle the bills ourselves. Proceed with caution if you choose to use this service; it's far better to set up a direct debit with the suppliers directly. Very dissatisfied with this experience!

My provider for hot water has caused significant problems regarding how my bills are calculated. I've attempted multiple times to clarify why my monthly bill skyrocketed from £25 to £198. While I appreciate their responsiveness, I find their profit-driven practices unethical. They impose various fees, including a £35 setup fee, £15 monthly admin fees, and flat daily charges, alongside commercial rates for hot water. They offer no support for their customers. If you're renting and this provider is chosen, I recommend avoiding bundling your bills and using them solely for hot water. Other tenants have shared similarly troubling experiences. Our issues remain unresolved, and I hope our landlord advocates for us, or we may need to consider leaving due to poor management of basic services.
