I’ve had the most annoying experience with Homebox who’s been consistently non responsive, or when they are - the service is full of mistakes and I had to do most of communication with suppliers myself. I’m still waiting on refund from the electricity company for 3 months now. If I could go back I’d manage my bills myself and not pay this most useless service fee which seems to be the only one actually paid to a supplier (Homebox itself) while all others are constantly delayed thus making me look like a bad customer to suppliers.
