I have bought several items previously, and while the quality was poor, the low prices made it somewhat acceptable. However, my recent purchase of a standard-priced mattress has been a huge letdown. They marketed a soft mattress as firm, and it makes a squeaking noise when someone lies down. The quality is very disappointing for the market price. To top it off, customer service is nearly nonexistent. They don't know how to assist customers and instead use avoidance tactics. I will not be purchasing from this seller again!
