Unprofessional unhelpful service. Booked a delivery between 10:00am-16:00 on my day off. The delivery man should have contacted me 30 minutes prior their arrival. The delivery not only was late and didn’t call me before their arrival but did not wait for me to get downstairs to sort things out and drove off immediately. I have tried to reach the delivery costumer service several times with the promise that they would call me back and nobody did. I requested to speak with the manager who conveniently was unavailable. I have raised a complaint and got promised that someone would call me back in the morning and they didn’t so I had to call twice until I managed to speak with the manager who knew exactly what was going on but did absolutely nothing to give me a solution or better it was we can reschedule in 48 hrs as your delivery is back in the warehouse or refund in 48 hours..I got left with not arrangement no refund and no delivery for something I paid and I arranged to be delivered 24 hrs prior. Now I’m back to work and need to sleep on the floor and still don’t know anything about my delivery . Awful service unprofessional and costumer service cannot do anything part from raising the issue to the other department

Frustrating Experience with False Promises

I really wish there was a way to give a negative rating. It feels like they use fake commitments as a strategy to boost sales. I was promised delivery the next day when I placed my order, but then the date was pushed back to three days later. Trying to reach customer support is challenging and often feels pointless, as they seem to only read from scripts that cleverly say 'no' to customers in various ways. Overall, it has been a terrible experience.

Disappointing quality and service

I have bought several items before; while the quality has been lacking, the low prices made it somewhat acceptable. However, my recent purchase of a standard-priced mattress has left me very dissatisfied. They advertised a soft mattress as firm, and it squeaks when someone lies down. The quality is very poor, especially for the market price. To make matters worse, the customer service is almost nonexistent. They seem unsure how to assist customers and instead resort to avoidance tactics. I won't be returning to this seller!

Extremely disappointing experience

I had a very frustrating time with the service. The cupboard delivered to me on 24 December 2025 was in terrible condition, with a broken mirror and numerous scratches. After waiting all day for the delivery, I was left extremely disappointed. The delivery team assured me the cupboard would be replaced the next day, but I have received no updates or visits since. This situation reflects a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and accountability. I expected much better service. I hope management improves their quality control and customer service.

A complete nightmare to deal with

Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare. My order arrived three weeks late and was entirely different from what I requested. I asked for a return and provided photos as requested, but no one has responded. I called for a refund, and despite multiple confirmations for a pickup, no one showed up. This has caused significant inconvenience. They may be cheap, but the hassle is not worth it. A thoroughly unprofessional experience.

Avoid this place due to poor app and delivery

Disappointing sofa set purchase experience

I purchased a sofa set after being assured it was the last piece available. I was promised delivery, but it never happened. When I called, I was told they tried to contact me, which was false. This lack of honesty and accountability is unacceptable. I wasted an entire day waiting and received no real customer service. Unprofessional delivery team experience

I waited eight days for a king-size bed, and when the delivery team finally arrived, they were unprofessional. They left the item unattended and unassembled, ignoring my requests for care due to new flooring. They refused to wait while I finished a call and raised their voices at me before leaving without assembling the bed. Customer service was unhelpful, and only one representative offered any hope for resolution. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

Can I give a negative rating?

Is it possible to leave a negative rating? They delivered our dining and sofa set last Monday, and I encountered several issues: one chair was damaged, and they forgot part of the center table. The delivery person promised to return the next day but never did. Customer service has been unresponsive, and rescheduling will take another week. This is ridiculous, especially given their mistakes.
