I had a very frustrating time with the service. The cupboard delivered to me on 24 December 2025 was in terrible condition, with a broken mirror and numerous scratches. After waiting all day for the delivery, I was left extremely disappointed. The delivery team assured me the cupboard would be replaced the next day, but I have received no updates or visits since. This situation reflects a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and accountability. I expected much better service. I hope management improves their quality control and customer service.
