I purchased a sofa set after being assured it was the last piece available. I was promised delivery, but it never happened. When I called, I was told they tried to contact me, which was false. This lack of honesty and accountability is unacceptable. I wasted an entire day waiting and received no real customer service. I strongly recommend the management review their delivery coordination and take customer feedback seriously.
