Very disappointed with Home Box.I purchased a mattress that came with a 10-year warranty, but it started showing serious issues in a short time. The fabric tore, and mold spots appeared due to poor manufacturing quality. When I contacted their customer service, they refused to repair or replace the mattress, claiming the issue wasn't convincing. This is unacceptable for a product with a long-term warranty. I won't be shopping here again and do not recommend Home Box to anyone.
