Extremely Disappointed – Never Ordering from Homebox AgainI never had an issue with Homebox before, but this experience has completely changed my mind.Delayed delivery for almost a week, caused by a mistake from your customer service agent regarding the address, resulted in the item not arriving on the initially scheduled date. To make it worse, there was no proper communication or follow-up from your team — I had to keep chasing for updates myself.Even after I replied promptly to your email, clearly requesting the delivery to be made after 7:00 PM, you ignored this and still attempted delivery during working hours. It’s like no one on your team reads or cares about customer instructions.Now, after all the delays, I’m being told that the mattress will take another 2–3 days to be delivered? Seriously?Your repeated apologies mean nothing at this point. They do not make up for the stress, inconvenience, and complete lack of professionalism I’ve experienced.Extremely poor customer service, uncoordinated delivery process, and no accountability.I will not be ordering from Homebox again.
