I bought a mattesd and it’s under warranty Now there is manufacturing defect in it which Homebox admitted .The funny thing is that they want to take the old mattress , then I need to wait for their mercy to issue a credit note which I have to use in their store.To add salt on the wound they need to collect the old mattress and they expect me to sleep on wood till they issue a credit note in order to allow me to use it to buy the new mattress from them and of course wait another 2 or 3 days for the new delivery.Or they gave another foxy solution, I need to go pay in full the new mattress, then they will collect the old one then they will issue a credit note for me to force me to use it to buy other items from their stores.Do not buy or approach them guys I’m telling from experience OTHER competitors knows how to take care of their customers and provide real after sales customer experience . DO NOT BUY FROM HOME BOX . They will make you regret
