I really wish there was a way to give a negative rating. It feels like they use fake commitments as a strategy to boost sales. I was promised delivery the next day when I placed my order, but then the date was pushed back to three days later. Trying to reach customer support is challenging and often feels pointless, as they seem to only read from scripts that cleverly say 'no' to customers in various ways. Overall, it has been a terrible experience.
