Unprofessional unhelpful service. Booked a delivery between 10:00am-16:00 on my day off. The delivery man should have contacted me 30 minutes prior their arrival. The delivery not only was late and didn’t call me before their arrival but did not wait for me to get downstairs to sort things out and drove off immediately. I have tried to reach the delivery costumer service several times with the promise that they would call me back and nobody did. I requested to speak with the manager who conveniently was unavailable. I have raised a complaint and got promised that someone would call me back in the morning and they didn’t so I had to call twice until I managed to speak with the manager who knew exactly what was going on but did absolutely nothing to give me a solution or better it was we can reschedule in 48 hrs as your delivery is back in the warehouse or refund in 48 hours..I got left with not arrangement no refund and no delivery for something I paid and I arranged to be delivered 24 hrs prior. Now I’m back to work and need to sleep on the floor and still don’t know anything about my delivery . Awful service unprofessional and costumer service cannot do anything part from raising the issue to the other department
