Upon unpacking, I found much of the beading had fallen out, and some pieces were numbered, leaving me confused. After a couple of days figuring it out, I realized the cuts in the beading were meant to accommodate the main frame's distorted joints. The numbering indicated where each piece should go, but since they fell out, it became a trial-and-error process. I appreciated the product but would have liked clearer instructions regarding the cut beading and numbering. I eventually found online installation information, but it was not detailed enough.

Upon opening the protective film, I found scratches and issues with the glass panels not fitting correctly. The entire experience has been frustrating, and I’ve incurred additional labor costs due to missing essential parts. The lack of quality control and communication has been unacceptable, and I’m now seeking legal assistance.
