The pile cropper was delivered on time the day it was ordered which was very important due to site delivery restrictions.The cropper worked brilliantly and saved so much time and manpower.The machine was delivered clean and a full demonstration on how to use the cropper efficiently and effectively was very helpful.I have no doubt we will use National pile croppers next time I have concrete piles to reduce on one of our sites.
The reason for my 5 star rating is that national pile croppers have been so helpful with the supply and fitting of the equipment, they were also very helpful in accommodating us because they came back over 2 days to make sure we were completely satisfied with the service.
