Their reason for blocking the review, is that they expect the customer - 76 year old man, my father who has Parkinons & who struggles with tech to submit the review himself. As I have assisted to facilitate the review & prepare the review using his words, the review has been blocked from being published.. Tell me this, who is homecare.co.uk review site there to serve? It certainly isn't of any use for the folk who want to have their voice heard & who are too old and too ill to submit a review with out an awful lot of help from friends / family.
