Review in 2022 for Sans Soucie Homecare Ltd. The company's registered manager breeched data protection by giving a false review response on Homecare concerning an open safeguarding enquiry in July 22. Requested Homecare to remove the fraudulent content but they refused. The company withheld a near drowning incident in May 22 two weeks before I left a review of poor care, management etc. This is verified in safeguarding completed Jan 26. In May 2022 they left a downs syndrome adult unattended in a pool who then suffered a near drowning and lifeguards had to rescue them and go and find the carer. The registered manager sent the swimming incident report to the landlord of the downs syndrome adult and requested a written warning for them against their tenancy just two weeks before my Homecare review in 22. They do not verify companies responses but discredit those who leave poor reviews.

Title: I have been paying for a Homecare.co.uk subscription for eight months, and I can honestly say it has been a complete waste of money. Despite repeated assurances during the sales process that the platform would generate genuine leads and visibility for my care service, I have not received a single referral. The sales pitch was persuasive and full of promises, but once the contract was signed, the level of support and communication dropped significantly. Every time I’ve tried to raise concerns about the lack of results, I’ve been met with dismissive or unhelpful responses. It now feels like I’m tied into a costly contract with no tangible return, and the company shows little interest in addressing customer concerns. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other care providers to think twice before signing up. The service has not delivered what was promised, and the support has been extremely poor. This experience has been frustrating, unproductive, and financially draining — I regret trusting the claims made during the sign-up process.
The worst of the worst always late and very lazy staff that sit around on there mobile phone getting paid to do nothing truly lazy and one sits in the building where there is bed bugs so I had to throw out my new chair and this company don't care plus I had to pay £168 to have my flat sprayed cause it the care worker please don't trust the management here very good sweet talker call Barbara she listens and sends them at different times and does not tell you she doesn’t have a carcall Barbara she listens and sends them at different times and does not tell you she doesn’t have a car in the worlde in the world
Julia Arnold does an excellent job at pairing care workers and clients to find a perfect match. As a care worker I enjoyed many varied placements while in the UK, all organised by Julia. She is conscientious, caring and determined that all parties are satisfied with their pairings and that everyones needs are met. I couldn't recommend Home care Companions highly enough.
Homecare.co.uk have made every effort to prevent an honest review from being posted. Their reason for blocking the review, is that they expect the customer - 76 year old man, my father who has Parkinons & who struggles with tech to submit the review himself. As I have assisted to facilitate the review & prepare the review using his words, the review has been blocked from being published.. Tell me this, who is homecare.co.uk review site there to serve? It certainly isn't of any use for the folk who want to have their voice heard & who are too old and too ill to submit a review with out an awful lot of help from friends / family.
We wrote a real true review about Aroma Care who homecare.co.uk is advertising on their misleading portal about care providers offering 10 and 9 star reviews. when the review was published it was withheld by homecare.co.uk and NOT published even after I spoke to them to tell the compliance team the review was 100% true! I spoke to two female staff members from homecare.co.uk and both acted very unprofessionally, tell me, " we hold on to reviews for 7 days allowing Aroma Care to reply back to the review". In other words this is a total conflict of interest as homecare.co.uk are getting kick backs and payments to promote ONLY 9 and 10 star reviews about their clients, "the home care providers", who are paying them marketing fees and kick backs. So, how can the public trust homecare.co.uk feedback about care providers, as these reviews are all fake, misleading and glossy, as homecare.co.uk do not publish any negative reviews, as they are paid by the care providers. This is a very deceptive, misleading, fake portal making money for the wrong reasons !!! The poor elderly people are at high risk as this portal is making money publishing misleading reviews and interfering with real genuine reviews. How can the public trust this deceptive website "homecare.co.uk" ????So homecare.co.uk first give the provider 7 days to reply back to the review from the customer, until then the review is put on hold for 7 days and even my email was blocked by homecare.co.ukI spoke to two staff members who were bluffing as they are making money from the care providers and this is why every review is 9 and 10 !!! I will be reporting this site to the The Care Quality Commission, and to Stephen Kinnock the Minister of State at the Department of Health and Social Care elected MP for Aberafan Maesteg to investigate homecare.co.uk as they are putting the poor elderly people at high risk by covering up real reviews from real customers, with hands on experiences. This is a disgrace and very deceptive way to make money !!!! very unethical and a high risk portal that must be audited by the authorities.
