Everything is a mess; this has been the worst experience ever. The customer service is terrible, and management is even worse. I ordered a safe box, which took three weeks to arrive after numerous follow-ups. The delivery staff had no clue how to operate it. After countless calls to customer support, nothing was done. Despite having a two-year warranty, it took two official complaints to get any action from the management, and I’ve been fighting this for four months. Extremely unprofessional management; this is the worst place to make a purchase. My issue remains unresolved.
