Unsatisfactory service with constant delivery issues

Unsatisfactory service. Deliveries are consistently delayed, and when items finally arrive, they often have problems or defects. If you reach out to the support team, they expect you to return the item, which adds extra costs for the customer. Once the item is received, they show little concern about the delivery status, marking it as pending, and replacements take many days to arrive. This has occurred multiple times.

Extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service

If there had been an option for 0 stars, I would have chosen it. The delivery service was unprofessional. They installed a cabinet in our washroom and left our floor scratched all over before departing.

Completely Disappointing Experience

Everything went wrong, making this the worst experience I've ever had. The customer service is inadequate and the management is unprofessional. I purchased a safe box, which took three weeks to arrive despite numerous follow-ups. The delivery staff were clueless about how to operate it. After countless calls to the support team, no resolution was provided. Although it comes with a two-year warranty, it took two official complaints to get any action from the relevant authorities, and even then, it has been a four-month struggle. This is the least professional place to make a purchase, and the issue remains unresolved.

Everything is a mess; this has been the worst experience ever. The customer service is terrible, and management is even worse. Completely unprofessional!

I ordered a bed, mattress, and bedside table on November 13, but the delivery never came. I called customer service five times and received various excuses—first it was damaged in transit, then it was still in the warehouse, and finally, I was told to cancel my order because the products were never in stock. A representative even blamed his colleagues for misleading me. The entire experience has been incredibly unprofessional. I would advise avoiding this service, especially for online orders, as you’ll likely have better luck elsewhere.

Terrible customer support

The customer support is the worst. I will never use this service again. I ordered a mattress online for guests, scheduled for delivery, but it never arrived, and I received no notification about the delay. I contacted customer service at least ten times, and each time I was told there was no update but that they would call me back the next day. No one ever did. I initially thought the quality of their products was poor, but their customer service is even worse!

A frustrating experience with this store

I had a frustrating experience with this store. I bought a mattress and bed, attracted by their appearance in the showroom, but what I received was of much lower quality. When I attempted to return them, the store refused. They claimed the bed couldn't be returned since it was opened, even though I only assembled it to inspect it. They said only the mattress could be returned, but I’d have to pay extra just to do so. I’m left with unusable furniture and a costly return process. Customer support was unhelpful, continually asking for more payments instead of resolving my issue. This company is unreliable; the displayed products do not reflect what you receive, and their customer service is lacking. Be cautious before making a purchase.

If I could give zero stars, I would!

If I could give zero stars, I would! This has been the worst experience ever. I received my long-awaited delivery today, and everything is damaged. The rug is stained, the lamp is broken, and the vase is dirty and stained as well. Can I please get a refund for these items? I've never encountered anything like this before. Additionally, no one is responding to my emails, and I am extremely frustrated.

Unacceptable service

This is the worst service ever! I ordered a table ten days ago and have called customer support multiple times. Each time, I was assured that delivery would happen soon. When I called again, they postponed the delivery for another week. This is completely unacceptable.
